Latest Album Is Nothing But Good Vibes

Dance music artist Poet Dadisi is ready to get listeners moving with his newest album. “My Cheating Days Are Through” contains the party anthems to celebrate the end of summer.

“My Cheating Days Are Through” contains 12 original party songs that will have fans dancing the night away. The upbeat melodies are highlighted by the catchy vocals and lyrics by Poet Dadisi. The songs are perfect for any happy occasion, or if someone needs cheering up. They are must-have for any playlist.

Poet Dadisi recently did an interview for his CD Release. Here is an excerpt:  “I never called myself a singer. That’s not what I love doing. I’m a poet who enjoys writing poetry. One night I was at my sister Clarissa’s who we call Buddy, house in Charleston, South Carolina. We were in her living room eating, drinking, and listening to some music, I heard some music beats coming from upstairs. I asked her, “What was that?” She said that it was her son, Deli D, working on his music…I told him that I have a song in my head and would like to I give it a try? “Yeah Uncle go for it.” I first sang the “Island Girl” song to him so that he could have an idea where I was coming from. Once he came up with the beat I went inside the closet and sang my song. When I was done he had recorded the song and played it back to me, I was flabbergasted. I was shocked and very happy the way I sounded. He was also happy. He gave me a copy of “Island girl.” For years I carried that song in my head and now I had the disc for my song in my hand. I hugged and thanked him. I went back downstairs and shared the song with my sister, Buddy, we danced to my music.”
