True Latch Introduces Three New Telescopic Versions of Its Patented Anti-Sag Gate Brace

Novacek’s father-in-law, Levi Penner, developed the first True Latch gate brace. The gate-bracing methods of that time did not have a way to easily brace the gate, especially when there is a need to adjust the gate latching height after installation. Penner designed the first brace that worked by bracing the fence gate diagonally. It had a fully adjustable portion to lift the wooden fence gate for a perfect latching height.

The company started with their anti-sag gate brace called “The Original” one-piece construction, which is 64″ long. It is followed by the 8′ telescopic version, which extends from 52″ up to 96″ in length. This device is an all-steel brace that supports residential fence gates. It also lifts the sagging gate through a patented adjustment.
