We kind of hit the ground running in terms of operations, logging in, everybody got to log into the central system. We’ve been scanning everything that we have in our case management system since 9-11. When we started doing all that, even though we had paper files, we had been doing a lot of that remotely. In terms of infrastructure, we just needed to get every member of staff set up. One of the things that I think helped us to survive, I wouldn’t say prosper, cause I don’t think anybody really prospered without a court system, was asking my calendar clerk to go find other lawyers on our cases. Basically, I said, go to every case that we have, look up who the defense lawyers are from the filing system and just send out emails, Hey, we got a deposition? Can we do it remotely? Send out 50 emails, you get 15 or 20 positive responses. People on the other side, as we did, need to start billing some hours. And that was how we survived as a company during the pandemic restrictions.”
